Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Carrier Information
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we dynamically assign your shipment to a reliable carrier based on your location and real-time logistics availability. Your package may be delivered by partners such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL eCommerce. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that we do not guarantee service by any specific carrier.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be activated by the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will work with you to resolve lost or stolen packages on a case-by-case basis, but we strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address whenever possible.
Holiday & Weather Delays
During peak seasons or extreme weather conditions, delivery times may be extended beyond our standard estimates. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.
