Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. All returns must be postmarked within the 30-day window.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Free from any stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Returned with all original accessories or components that came with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@oneractive.sbs to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop off your package at any carrier drop-off location listed on the label.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Store Credit / Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Bank Processing Time: Once we issue the refund, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
