All prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders, regardless of order confirmation status. If we do so, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Once placed, orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any cancellation requests. If you need to attempt a cancellation, email info@oneractive.sbs within 1 hour of placing the order, and we will do our best — though we cannot make any promises.
